Procédures en vue de l'obtention du Resident Permit

Pour résider en Chine.

Le document explique les démarches à accomplir pour obtenir le permis de résidence resident permit, ainsi que les documents à fournir et les autorités chinoises à contacter. Une partie des explications provient de documents fournis par le Labor and social security department du Shandong. L'intégralité de ces documents n'a pas été traduite, principalement les parties concernant les démarches à suivre pour un renouvellement ou lorsqu'il s'agit d'une famille.

Sachant que la procédure peut changer d'une région à l'autre ou tout simplement si vous partez en famille, vous pourrez trouver les bonnes informations auprès du Labor and social security department de votre Province ou de votre ville ainsi qu'auprès du Public Security Bureau, Exit Entry Administration. Il est fortement conseillé de se faire accompagner par une personne maîtrisant parfaitement le chinois.

L'obtention du resident permit se fait en 5 étapes. A l'issue de chacune d'elle, l'administration vous remettra un document qui vous sera nécessaire pour une ou plusieurs étapes suivantes.

1- Obtention du Physical examination record for foreigner
2- Alien employment license of PR China
3- Z Visa
4- Alien employment permit
5- Resident permit

DOC 1 :	Physical examination record for foreigner	3 pictures 300 RMB
	Two possibilities : 1- The examination can be done in Europe before flying to China. The application form of physical examination and the lists of designated hospital are available at the visa counter. Please call the visa counter of your country. The record must be sent in China to apply the Alien employment license which is needed for the Z-Visa. 2- The examination can be done in China. Ask for you Police security Bureau (PSB) where you can do it. In Jinan, an appointment must be taken at : Jinan KouAn Hospital No.62 WenHua east road Tel : (531) 82963441

DOC 2 :	Alien employment license of PR China
	Process: 1- Employer raises for application, stamps it 2- Go to Jinan city Labor and social security department to verify the application 3- Go to Shandong province Labor and social security department to approve the application Documents:
Doc 6	1- Application for recruiting foreign workers in China, stamped	3 exemplars
	2- Invitation's letter (including the reason, the duty, the duration, stamped)	Original

	5- The educational of the foreigner including final level (engineer for ex.), the working experiences, stamped	Original

DOC 3 :	Z Visa
Doc 10	See the document 10 from www.visumcentrale.de. The Z visa must be applied outside of China: All the documents must be sent the Consulate and return to you because you need originals in China.
